Timing Belts and Pulleys

Reliance timing belts and timing pulleys are available in 2.5 mm and 5 mm pitch. High tensile stainless steel reinforced polyurethane belts with widths of 6 mm, 10 mm and 16 mm, coupled with aluminium alloy machine cut pulleys, provide cost effective motion over extended centres.

Features and options for our timing belts

• Temperature range for the belts: -30ºC to +80ºC

• Maximum allowable peripheral load 2.5mm pitch: 6mm wide belt = 65 N

• Maximum allowable peripheral load 5mm pitch: 10mm wide belt = 330 N, 16 mm wide belt = 570 N

• Maximum peripheral speed: 80 m/s

• Timing belt width tolerance: ±0. 3mm

• Timing belt lengths: 2.5mm pitch from 55mm to 950 mm, 5.0 mm pitch from 100 mm to 1,380 mm

• Number of teeth on timing pulleys: 2.5mm pitch from 12 to 60, 5 mm pitch from 10 to 60

• Anti-static belts available
